Aerial Triangulation
Connect overlapping aerial photographs to supplied ground control for consistent photogrammetric mapping.
Mapping led by Steve Dillon, ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist #790
What is it?
Aerial triangulation establishes the relationship between overlapping photographs and the project coordinate framework. It supports consistent stereo mapping across image blocks. Arrowhead provides aerial triangulation as part of its photogrammetric services; field control is supplied by the client’s surveyor.
